God is Good Carwash

I usually go to a hybrid hand carwash, where they use the auto brushes for most of the cleaning, then finish with hand cleaning the interior, and drying and cleaning anything on the exterior the brushes missed. This was all hand wash. They got rid of stuck insect parts I have been trying to remove for weeks, the vacuuming was great, and they removed some stuck on gunk on my windshield I assumed they would leave. Best of all, I lost my keys weeks ago, and they had to have been dropped at work or my car, but I could never find them. They did! I will definitely return.

I have been patronizing them since 2022! I came yesterday for a wash, and left with a damaged dashboard panel. They did not take responsibility, told me verbatim “we’re not gonna do anything about that,” then walked off like nothing happened. Never supporting them again.

God was GREAT today at this Car Wash!! Absolute professional quickness but thorough! My car was filthy from driving on the streets and highways of New Orleans- go across the street and eat at the restaurant or on the corner. They also have a coffee shop while you wait. I recommend God is good Car Wash & the coffee shop and restaurant across the street that they’re also a part of - Can I get an amen 😜

They do a really good job. They really have a good system going. They move pretty quick to say they be packed. Sometimes they move a little too fast so you have to check your windows. But other than that they are really good at cleaning, they are very nice people and they give you a nice chill place to sit while you wait.

Brought in a truck that was absolutely covered in dog hair inside—definitely not an easy clean. While they didn’t get all of it, they did a solid job, especially considering the price. Great value overall. Photo of price list attached. The staff were really friendly and seemed like they were working hard—possibly folks getting a second chance, which I genuinely respect. That said, I did read another review about the owner keeping tips, and that gives me pause. I may ask about it next time or just opt not to tip unless I’m sure the workers receive it. One thing that might be a deal breaker for some: the radio in the waiting area (attached photo) was blasting a sermon. While I respect the owner’s right to run the business how they see fit, it could turn off a number of potential customers. All in all, it was an interesting experience. If I can be confident the employees are being treated fairly, I’d be happy to return—and recommend the place to others.
